Registration to attend and participate at the CTAO Science Symposium is now open. 

Abstract submission for contributed talks and posters must be done through its dedicated page.

Conference fee

Regular fee: 350 €
Reduced fee for students: 250 €

Invited speakers and SOC members: 0 €

The fee includes all lunches, coffee breaks and the gala dinner. Additional dinner guest: 70 €. 

Please note that it is not possible to reduce the fee for partial attendance. Online participation is not available.

Cancellation policy

All refunds requests must be in writing by email to symposium@cta-observatory.org.
Refund of 80% of the registration fee for cancellations until April 1, 2024 at 23:59 CET. After this date no reimbursement will be granted.
