How to get to Bologna

The airport G. Marconi is 8 km from the city centre and the Aerobus shuttle service operates a direct service to the train station every 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased on board. Taxis and car rental services are available.

The train station Bologna Centrale is near the city centre. Bologna is linked with all the major Italian cities (Milan, Rome, Florence) by AV trains. You can book your ticket on www.trenitalia.com or on http://www.italotreno.it/en.

Bologna is linked with the major European cities by long-distance bus. The bus station (Auto-stazione) is near the city centre and the train station.
